6th MIKKELI INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL COATING SEMINAR

We hope to see you at next MIICS!

This year the seminar presented state-of-the-art applications and solutions in industrial applications using thin film coating processes

The program of MIICS focused on the use of coating technology and its development for near- and medium-term industrial applications. Sessions included topics such as:

• coatings for flexible materials such as flexible electronics and packaging
• coating on polymers
• industrialization of atomic layer deposition towards continuous and roll-to-roll processing
• coatings for solar applications
• solutions in machine building

The last day will consisted of informal Finnish winter activities, where participants were able to discuss issues at more length with the speakers in the relaxed surroundings of Anttolan Hovi.
